We are currently working with an organization that has grown over the past few years from being a predominantly North American brand to now selling its products dominantly around the globe.  As they continue to grow, they have retained us to identify a Sr. Director of Operations that will have ultimate responsibility for Global Sourcing, Quality and Production Operations.

Scope of Responsibility:
- Director of Operations reporting to the VP of Supply Chain;
- Oversee all domestic- and international sourcing teams that are responsible for raw material- and finished goods;
- Develop strategic initiatives and be accountable for increasing the supplier base and ensuring execution to support the needs of the business;
- Manage all quality operations – including QA and QC;
- Provide leadership in driving the domestic manufacturing operations;
- Protect the financial performance of the strategic business units by identifying potential supply chain issues and recommending improvements;
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement throughout supply chain.

Background Required:
- Highly energetic individual with at least 10 years of related experience – including knowledge of apparel, fashion or similar;
- Strong communication and influencing skills are a must;
- Bachelor's required;
- A leader with a positive attitude, high level of energy, clear sense of urgency and direction, and ability to inspire and invigorate associates at all levels;
- Proven track record of success in similar role.

Compensation Plan:
- Commensurate with experience;
- Full benefit package including medical, dental, disability and 401(k);
- Relocation available.
