E-Procurement Systems Manager

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies on the Fortune 500 list, and is in the process of implementing a new procurement system across its enterprise. The E-Procurement Systems Manager will be responsible for the management and maintenance of procurement technological solutions. They will provide detailed analysis to support critical sourcing activities and special projects, and develop tools and templates to streamline procurement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as subject matter expert for BravoSolution, including responsibility for system administration and technical support, set up of new users and suppliers, and delivery of training to end users and key stakeholders. Track and escalate support issues.
- Responsible for Bravo Spend management and spend analytics:
  - Develops analytical tools and performs complex, detailed data analyses supporting critical sourcing activities, organization initiatives, and special projects. Provides subject matter expertise to category managers and analysts in support of sourcing data analysis
  - Develops analytical models, standards and techniques used by category managers and analysts to collect and evaluate spend data and manage critical sourcing information.
  - Advises strategic sourcing team and other procurement members regarding best practices to develop analytical models or to implement data management tools within the organization.
  - Develops solutions and execution strategies in complicated or novel data management situations supporting strategic sourcing, other procurement teams and AP.
  - Performs research and structures analyses for highly complex, unique and high dollar value requests for information, requests for quote, and reverse auctions (all RFxs) in an effort to fulfill business owner requirements and maximize business objectives.
  - Combines large volume data sets and perform complex analysis in an effort to conclude implications and provide recommendations to strategic sourcing team.
- Build sourcing templates and process flow templates; manage template libraries. Serve as the key role in sourcing events; provide technical support for the sourcing team and conduct supplier training.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum Required Experience: 3-5 years experience purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience. Experience with BravoSolutions or Ariba
- Desirable Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience purchasing, procurement, or sourcing
