Job Description
Responsibilities:
Your role will be essential to develop, manage & facilitate the planning, development and implementation of standardized sourcing processes within the specified electronics COE along with partnering with business leaders to identify and estimate project opportunities related to sourcing productivity and procurement excellence.
- Provide leadership, MOS, process definition/deployment & continuous improvement, strategy development/implementation in support of annual operating plan
- Work closely with sourcing leaders for global commodities, supplier development, SBG partners and teams
- Leading a global team of project managers & business intelligence teams to drive & enable results to implement effective and compliant contract management across the global team while streamline reporting & communication
- Translate sourcing requirements into digital reporting & analytic solutions that can be generated in a repeatable in a reliable manner to achieve operational excellence
- Develop, manage and facilitate the planning, development and implementation of standardized sourcing processes within the electronics COE
- Partner with business leaders to identify and estimate project opportunities related to sourcing productivity and procurement excellence

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
- Extensive experience in operations, quality, logistics & supply chain management
- Advanced degrees preferred
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Program management expertise
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management environment
- Experience with continuous improvement or process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of front end business operations
- Global business experience
