DHL Express selected Quintiq to improve its dispatch process and customer service for the European Express business. Quintiq was chosen from a list of approximately 90 vendors.
DHL Express reports the following benefits with Quintiq:

- Overall reduction in the number of tours through real-time dispatch (elimination of ad hoc tours)
