The net zero challenge—How procurement leads the way in decarbonization of supply chains." – Daniel Weise and Nino Mori will share insights from their most recent collaboration with the World Economic Forum (WEF). They show how addressing supply-chain emissions enables many customer-facing companies to impact a volume of emissions several times higher than they could if they were to focus on decarbonizing their own direct operations and power consumption alone – and achieving a net-zero supply chain is possible with very limited additional costs. Furthermore Daniel and Nino will be sharing insights from their BCG work over the past 5 years with >170 organizations tackling sustainability challenges.
