About Our Client
Our client is a leader in the food and beverage company looking for a Procurement Analyst to join their team as they they transition to more centrailized procurements. They want someone who can be a team player who is highly analytical and able to handle multiple job responsibilities.

Job Description
In this role a candidate will:
- Take ownership of indirect Purchasing orders placement in JDE Oracle ERP and work with stakeholders to identify best practices and streamline the process.
- Recommend, build and maintain relevant sourcing and supply reporting and KPIs. Issue relevant reporting on time to all identified stakeholders and bear responsibilities for data accuracy.
- Conduct thorough in-depth total business spend analysis across direct and indirect categories and support the development of sustainable category hierarchies. Use data analytics to recommend key categories and/or vendor profile to approach from a sourcing opportunity perspective.
- Support the development of long range strategic sourcing plans to reduce total costs, optimize value from suppliers, and meet internal customer requirements.

The Successful Applicant
The Ideal Candidate has:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in a procurement, supply chain or financial analyst role with experience of KPI and reporting across operations.
- Superior data analytics skill and understanding of manufacturing operations is a must.
- Experience working with data reporting tools (JDE, COGNOS, Insight…) is a plus
- Superior data analytical skills, proficiency in excel report building. Knowledge of JD Edwards Oracle ERP a plus.
