A fortune 500 multi-billion dollar firm has a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Professional Services Procurement Manager in their New Jersey office. This individual will have the autonomy and scope to liaise with key stakeholders to drive spend efficiency within Professional services. Joining a new business unit there is a fantastic opportunity to implement fresh strategies into Greenfield procurement projects in an organisation that appreciates the importance of an efficient procurement function. They will give you the tools the flourish in a procurement function that is expanding vastly due to cost saving potential.

Role Overview: Procurement Specialist - Professional Services
- Driving procurement internally, liaising with internal and external business units such as Human resources, Travel, Consultancy, Legal and Finance
- Manage, review and negotiate contracts within indirect spend, covering several categories of spend; including facilities, professional services, operational services and corporate spend
- Source indirect spend through management for RFI's, RFQ's and RFP's, managing vendor selection and quality control
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, buyers, and vendors to identify and address gaps in business needs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and perform market research to track trends.
- Greenfield projects allowing for opportunity to implement organic procurement strategies

Requirements for Indirect Procurement Specialist
- Essential: Experience in procurement of indirect services
- Experience in contracts management, drafting, negotiating and delivering improvements
- Have managed indirect spend, covering categories such as facilities, legal, human resources and corporate spend
- Highly focused and self-motivated individual who can thrive autonomously
- Excellent relationship builder in order to manage stakeholder relationships
- Innovative and passionate individual, with a desire to drive organic procurement growth by identifying cost savings and delivering
