This leading global professional services organization is looking for a procurement professional to join its team in South Florida in a Procurement Program Manager role. The role is quite a non-traditional procurement position, more focused on strategic program management, stakeholder engagement, business analysis and project execution with a minor focus on strategic sourcing. The ideal candidate should have a broad background in indirect procurement categories, especially within areas such as facilities management. This particular program will have a heavy focus on the global catering program.

The Procurement Program Manager will have the following responsibilities:-
- Direct responsibility for leading the program, defining the initiate and developing buy-in with internal stakeholders to roll-out the program in the organization
- Identify problems with the existing sourcing strategy and apply solutions with the new procurement program
- Strategically source new suppliers on a local and regional level as necessary as part of the program
- Engage in ad-hoc procurement projects to support other procurement teams
- Provide in depth spend analysis and clear reports to senior management team

The Procurement Program Manager must have the following skills and experiences:-
- Previous experience in sourcing indirect spend categories such as Facilities Management, Capital Services, Travel or similar
- Must be highly entrepreneurial, self-starter, to work in a stand-alone role owning the program
- Some previous experience in Program or Project Management is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to provide reports and analysis to senior management
- Degree educated to BA level, additional certifications and qualifications highly desirable
