Job Description
The inventory analyst is responsible for the following tasks but not limited to;
- Oversee all company inventory in virtual and physical warehouses globally
- Process and record all SKU conversions, inventory receipts, transfers and adjustments
- Analyze any inventory discrepancies and provide solutions to improve visibility and accuracy
- Along with warehouse team manage all cycle counts, physical counts and inventory reconciliation
- Manage, quantify and process all returns
- Manage anywhere from 180-200 PO's a week with over 500 suppliers
- The inventory analyst is in communication with territory managers to send inventory to their warehouses or shows, manage warehouse transfers and request quarterly cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies

The Successful Applicant
A successful inventory analyst will have the following background, but not limited to;
- Degree in supply chain management or business management preferred
- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- MS Office excellent knowledge- working in Access and Excel daily
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Procurement experience, specifically within vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, interpret, organize and disseminate large amounts of information; the ideal candidate will also make recommendations and design processes for continuous improvement
