Demand Planning Manager

Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Demand Planning Manager will include but not be limited to:
- Drive the entire forecasting process for the entire business
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities
- Coordinate new product introduction
- Identifying and troubleshooting any Supply Chain issues
- Work closely with Inventory Management to troubleshoot any issues based on supply or demand abnormalities

The Successful Applicant
The qualifications of the next Demand Planning Manager will include but not be limited to:
- 5 years experience in finished goods forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP experience
- Bachelor's degree is required and MBA preferred
- Must be adept at analyzing trends, troubleshooting problems and providing forecasting support
- Should be continuously looking for continuous improvement ideas to increase forecast accuracy and decrease total inventory
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills
- Given the cross-functional responsibilities of this role, the ideal candidate must be comfortable and adept at working collaboratively in a team environment
