This role will lead the global strategic sourcing strategy and report to a Director. This person will be responsible for identifying and filling gaps in the supply base and developing strategic suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiates vendor contractual agreements
• Develop detailed strategic plans with targets and actions
• Partner with leadership to manage savings against goals
• Lead spend and savings plans across category suppliers
• Monitor market trends to reduce risk
• Lead the supplier management and performance review programs

Qualifications

• Bachelors required, MBA a plus
• 7 years procurement experience
• Good presentation skills
• Intermediate MS office skills
• Travel less than 30% – possibly international
