This role is responsible for the development and execution of sourcing initiatives across the Commercial Spend category. It is responsible for conducting spend analysis, analyzing markets, identifying sourcing value levers, executing competitive RFIs/RFPs and leading supplier negotiations.  There are many advancement opportunities and growth as well as a complete compensation package and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing and vendor management
• Identify & engage key business partners; gathering industry and individual subject-matter insights/business requirements to ensure sourcing solutions meet business needs
• Lead cross functional teams to collaboratively develop category strategies across top Commercial spend.
• Prioritize initiatives based on opportunity defined by engagement criteria.
• Lead multiple simultaneous strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging established strategic sourcing guidelines and change-management know-how.
• Manage the planning and launch of RFIs and RFPs, as well as lead supplier price and contract negotiations
• Manage supplier selection and develop data analysis requirements for informed supplier decisions
• Contribute as thought leader to the broader Sourcing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors required
• 8 years of procurement/sourcing/category management experience
• Sales and Marketing sourcing knowledge with focus on advertising, creative and media
• Experience leading renewal and contract negotiations
• Excellence in project management
• In-depth knowledge of external various marketing agencies practices
