Demand- and Supply Planning Analyst

We are currently working with a fresh food company that has doubled over the past few years and now has a 3-year plan to get to $1B. Based upon this growth and in order to keep up with the associated changes taking place, they are looking for a Demand- and Supply Planning Analyst.

Position Description

  • Responsible for forecasting and supply planning for a strategic brand;
  • Improve visibility to capacity constraints;
  • Identify excess, obsolete and discontinued inventory issues;
  • Leverage root-cause analysis to drive planning enhancements;
  • Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.

Background Required

  • A strong business acumen with the ability to establish trust / relationships quickly;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of planning experience;
  • Effective use of Tier-1 planning applications such as Manugistics, SAP APO, Oracle / Demantra, JD Edwards, Logility or JDA;
  • Bachelor’s degree required, sorry, no exceptions;
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
