Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Join the Supply Chain team of Medical Device Business unit while advancing your career in a dynamic, fast paced and multinational environment of Philips Taiwan.

You are responsible for

  • Perform of Customs clearance process and transport activities execution for medical device business unit in Philips Taiwan.
  • Deliver products in good quality at the right time with budget management.
  • Taking into account throughput times and logistic parameters, with an optimal balance between transportation costs.
  • Ensure and monitor the delivery at right times, warehouse and stock level.
  • Familiar of all import systems and materials and able to handle all import declaration process, including import / export regulation, EDI duty and VAT settlement
  • Handle contract management for warehouse, carriers and related vendors
  • Prepare monthly LSP & LMP and other import/ export cost analysis
  • Prepare and handle transportation damage insurance status update
  • Perform in WI set up and follow up as well as customs audit for all modalities
  • Handle all related Import / Export issue including process setup and deployment, POD & SCM logistic handling

You are a part of

Professional key talent in supply chain team of medical device business of Philips Taiwan. You will report to Supply Chain Manager which base in Taipei office.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree holder or above in Foreign Trade related
  • Minimum 8 years working experience in Supply Chain Management, at least 5 years working experience in customs IMPEX. 
  • Related working experience in Commercial Contract management.
  • Knowledge of customs process, HS code, import regulation and familiar with Medical device process is definitely an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Familiar with cost saving methodology
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and oral).
  • Familiar with MS Office
