Systems Final Test Manufacturing Manager

Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to ensure manufacturing performance, volume, quality & compliance goals are met by utilizing efficient methods and maintaining appropriate staffing levels within budget.

You are responsible for

  • Effectively and efficiently, manage the production of the daily/weekly/monthly targets meeting customer, quality and delivery expectations
  • Asses ongoing performance of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure Compliance with any relevant health, safety, regulatory and environment policies and procedures
  • Motivate, coach and develop a high performing, manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results and operational success
  • Develop an enthusiastic, motivated, skilled and flexible team
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principals by highlighting waste areas, adapting new technologies and implementing process improvements.
  • Lead production department Teams toward a World Class standard

You are a part of

Systems Plant team for CT/AMI Haifa operations site.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Relevant P.E and above degree
  • Technical knowledge and experience
  • Team leading experience with ability to manage people & processes in matrix and changing environment
  • Lean and problem solving experience - an advantage
  • English communication skills
