Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Responsible for Planning, Scheduling, Executing different maintenance activities and perform troubleshooting activities within a factory. Familiar with the operation of different maintenance processes, the way in which the maintenance activities for machines and physical assets are performed and the method of setting and adjusting the processes. Responsible for the improvement of all the physical assets (machinery/equipment) in yields, efficiency, quality and logistics performance by executing in-time maintenance, making a guaranteed stable production is possible.

You are responsible for:

  • Carrying out, on the basis of technical knowledge and practical insights, structural improvements and remedying the most complex failures.
  • Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment.
  • Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data. Finds solutions on the basis of theoretical insights and experience for deviating situations.
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices. Drafts limited improvement projects within a unit and introduces new supporting process activities.

You are a part of: Monitoring and Analytics Operations

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Associate’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Technology related field preferred or High School diploma and minimum of 7 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency to troubleshoot using identifiable problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from test data, malfunctions, or deviations, and assist with corrections to the existing design or process.
  • Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
