WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need an experienced Senior Professional to join our Global Outbound Transportation Strategy Team in Global Operations and Logistics as a Product Owner and lead our Product team. You are an awesome teammate and Product evangelist who is ambitious and unconventionally curious. You thrive in a dynamic work environment and are always asking questions, Tackle ambiguity, and continually learn and are excited by the challenge of building something from the ground up.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be a Product Owner who can not only describe the product but also explain the journey we are on to build it, its value, how it works, how it is adopted and speak to upcoming changes. You will write and refine stories for clarity, business value and acceptance criteria, and assist with analysis to determine how features are performing and the level of Cross-functional partners happiness. You’ll Own the Product Roadmap, call out and remove roadblocks, triage defects and provide clarity to partners on issues when appropriate, and own the Nike Journey to build the product from the ground up.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work with your teammates In Global Outbound Transportation to translate any internal requirements and work to understand the impact to the business and timelines. You’ll also work with the Geo Transportation leaders and cross-functional partners including Technology, Finance, Procurement, and supplier relationship management to evaluate and provide input to on key decisions to make in relation to the product.



Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or related field;
  • 5+ years of relatable analytics or product experience
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in work culture
  • Excellent ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability of working well within a team and communicate effectively. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with internal and external customers. 
  • Preferred experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, outbound/ domestic transportation
