Job Description

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Assist the procurement department with Professional Services related projects and contracts
  • Process POs in a timely manner and change orders when needed
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their goals and provide solutions
  • Take action when suppliers are not performing, ensure items are delivered on time
  • Perform sourcing and contracting activities including bids, recommendations, negotiations and closure of contracts

The Successful Applicant

The successful Procurement Specialist should have:

  • 2-3 years of procurement/purchasing experience within Professional Services categories
  • experience working in an ERP platform is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to be flexible and work in a team environment
