To ensure this complex job goes off without a hitch, Supply Chain teams work with a network of more than 50 distribution centers, thousands of accountants, and more than 100,000 retail stores worldwide — making the impossible happen every single day.


As our Supply Chain Manager for the Nike Adventure Club, you will set the overall logistics strategy for Nike Adventure Club by working with both internal and external partners. You’ll scale Nike Adventure Club supply chain to serve every consumer with a high level of confidence. You’ll negotiate and oversee vendor relationships with collateral and shipping entities at Nike. You’ll also oversee Nike’s relationships with 3PLs including contracting, vetting, and implementation as well as optimize the entire Nike Adventure Club experience for our consumer – from first click to delivery.

  • Create and implement the strategy for Nike Adventure Club’s supply chain to ensure that it is meeting consumers’ needs at every step of the order and delivery process
  • Oversee operational performance indicators to ensure that service levels are being met at every level of the supply chain operation
  • Coordinate with Nike internal teams to ensure that vendor performance and pricing remains in line with expectations
  • Establish operational and supply chain best practices for VAS and subscription services

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in operations and logistics
    • 2 additional years of experience required in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated experience managing 3PLs
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning for small stage to scale companies
  • Startup experience
  • Able to work comfortably up, down and across a highly-matrixed organization to effectively
