Job Description:

The Supply Chain Analytics Manager’s primary responsibility is to identify the opportunities where technology or automation can add business value and to assist with prioritizing & understanding current supply chain business initiatives.


The Supply Chain Analytics Manager will direct and participate in the requirement collection, understanding and documentation of the current and future business needs.

Role Specifics:

• Will create, maintain and continuously improve operational metrics and reporting processes and dashboards for the purpose of driving operational excellence.

• Will assist in developing the GAP analysis and conceptual designs necessary to meet the business objectives by working cross functionally with matrix partners.

• Will work with the customer and IT representatives to understand and document complex business needs.

• Will gather business requirements and see them through project life cycle

• Will provide cost benefit analysis for proposed business cases

• Project leadership for specific Supply chain IT program selection, implementation, and integration.

• Experience with varied systems/tools related to analytics and insight generation

• 5-7 years increasing experience in analytical roles in Operations or Supply Chain

• Experience in project management/ software implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• SQL proficiency

• Tableau report development

• Llamasoft or GrowthNet is icing on the cake

• Microsoft Suite, emphasis on strong Excel skillset

• Competency in understanding data warehouse structure and design

• Demonstrates a mastery of the business analysis functions

• Ability to provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to business analysts

• Expert in understanding and documenting current business processes and knowledge of the underlying applications, systems & technologies that support them

• Expert knowledge in diagramming business processes, completing business cases, understanding business rules, conducting requests for proposals, completing decision matrices and working with internal and external customers
