About Our Client

Our client is a fast growing men's cosmetics company established in the early 2000's. Their commitment to quality is what has allowed them to take over the men's cosmetics market. With plans to launch a new line of gender neutral skin products growth is on the forecast!

Job Description

  • Active involvement in reviewing and analyzing vendor proposals for new product launches - by negotiating the most competitive cost while supporting the need for the highest quality, on time delivery, and the most efficient ordering sequence to maintain inventory levels
  • Able to create, confirm and track the production and transportation of Purchase Orders within Netsuite
  • Help drive exploration of potential new strategic vendors throughout our supply chain (examples: new vendors that provide environmental and sustainable materials, locally sourcing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to understand the limitations and advantages at our 3PL facility and measure those metrics against alternatives
  • Ability to distinguish the need for tooling investments for new product launches and the optimization of existing products

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of related experience
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to see the impact and scope of a decision
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Self starter who can take up tasks and find efficiencies without guidance
