Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Develop and execute the Downstream supply chain strategies and solutions to enable the businesses to exceed cost, quality and delivery objectives, enable future growth and provide a scalable infrastructure to support present and future downstream needs of the med devices delivery model.

You are responsible for

  • Developing and executing downstream Integral Warehouse and Distribution (IWD) strategies to enable business/model (Operational Material Management (OMM) and Factory)
  • Driving and implementing Infodis TMS throughout the order desk and downstream supply chain
  • Developing process in collaboration with order desk and installation teams to analyze downstream supply chain data and update master data to accurately drive the system requirements.
  • Working with markets, order desk, installation team and distribution to develop future supply chain strategies to support the needs of the business and our customers
  • Liaising between supply chain management and order desk/install teams
  • Resolving downstream supply chain issues,
  • Developing returns process optimizing the return flows from our customers.
  • Liaising between Market and Commercial Supply chain teams as necessary. 
  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure commercial targets & timelines are met.

You are a part of

IWD Medical Devices Team, reporting to the Head of IWD Med Devices. You will have strong interaction with Order entry, installation, Distribution, central IWD, quality and regulatory.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Masters or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field. 
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years functional/department leadership experience preferred
  • Financial and analytical acumen
  • Business case development
  • Global acumen
  • Order creation and fulfillment experience a plus
