In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work on diverse Supply Chain problems, where you will analyze data to define the root cause. You will support the development of the solution, using a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of supply planning principles, theories and concepts.

You are responsible for

  • Working closely with Global SP Hubs, Project Managers, Procurement Engineering, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations and markets, to keep reporting and alerts up-to-date and aligned across the teams.
  • Providing end to end visibility across all Sleep and Respiratory Care portfolios for key KPI’s, such as OTTR (on time to request) and backorder reporting.
  • Acting as key user/business process expert for reporting tools, acting as a filter/first entry point to assess, prioritize and eventually execute changes.
  • Leading multi-disciplinary supply planning change projects, while engaging cross functional teams.
  • Working independently and providing consultative advice within specific functional areas.
  • Introducing supply planning methods/procedures that are new for the organization.
  • Applying advanced supply planning process principles to multiple tasks.
  • Developing and maintaining global harmonized supply planning performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning and a strong understanding of end to end supply chain process
  • Experience with process efficiency/process improvement
  • Working knowledge of Business systems (ex: SAP/ERP systems, MS Office)
  • Experience with Qlikview, Power BI, Business Objects, Access, Tableau and/or Excel preferred
  • Ability to think critically, demonstrate “outside the box” thinking and meet time sensitive deadlines for customers and resolution of escalated issues
  • Strong verbal and written, skill with the ability to collaborate cross functionally
