Global company that specializes in the design and production of consumer goods in entertainment & gaming. They sell their product in more than 100 countries and collaborate with the world's leading retail and technology companies.

Job Description

  • Will oversee the North America Commercial Planning & Customer Service Divisions
  • Responsible for ensuring that the forecast is translated into an accurate supply plan, maximizing sales potential
  • Manage an overall group of 100+ people across multiple teams
  • Support and influence the Direct Import function - this person plays a critical role in determining where products are sourced and manufactured

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain, customer service & planning
  • At least 5 years' experience in a high-level leadership role
    • Multinational leadership experience required
  • Strong Customer Service background
  • Sourcing background highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic and tactical decisions that drive execution
