Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Demand Planner. They need someone who will be integral in the S&OP process, so familiarity is key. Other responsibilities include:

• Demand planning of respective categories separated between retailers
• Working cross-functionally with Sales to develop sales and demand forecasts to meet demand patterns and current industry trends
• Making adjustments based on season and promotions
• Collaborating with supply planning team to meet capacity plans, manufacturing, and logistics constraints to ensure industry-leading operation
• Experience within the S&OP process is a MUST for them to determine forecasts to support budget and inventory management

The ideal candidate has a penchant for analysis and is a self-starter, especially in a work-from-home environment. This person must assist in analyzing customer response for new products to providing updates to upper management within sales and inventory. The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-6 years of demand planning and/or forecasting analyst experience
• Experience with Demand Works is a PLUS
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables and more)
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• MUST be local to the SoCal area
