Description

  • Map supply chain data and process flows in order to identify gaps, to drive continuous improvements, and to optimize team workflows
  • Evaluate and develop project plans to implement key supply chain systems/platforms to enable scale up
  • Partner with Planning and Procurement teams to update KPI dashboards, drive supply chain analytics, and align actions to achieve team goals
  • Synthesize reports from homegrown OMS, and leverage NetSuite/ERP capabilities for reporting and tasks automation
  • Harmonize the data structure for item/SKU and supplier information (products, bill of materials, suppliers, planning and procurement attributes, etc.) to streamline data flows within supply chain
  • Define and deploy a master data governance framework for supply chain processes covering product launch/sunset, item version control, phase in/out, inventory transitions, and sourcing network changes
  • Set up and maintain item/SKU and supplier data in various supply chain systems and tools required to signal specific tasks to perform at each step in a product's lifecycle
  • Partner with Finance to optimize master data setup in Netsuite and to integrate with other key business systems and processes
  • Collaborate with Innovation, R&D, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to align on master data setup
  • Partner with various teams to align supply chain workflows and to facilitate change management
  • Leverage master data (of products, materials, suppliers) to drive efficiencies across planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing and inbound logistics

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or similar
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, planning, product development, systems implementation
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience a plus
  • Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to formulate and articulate key insights; experience working with data visualization tools is also a plus
  • Act as a self-starter and team player and hold a customer-first mindset
  • Must be highly organized and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite
  • Experience with automated planning/purchasing systems, ERP (Netsuite preferred), and/or SDM (Specifications Data Management) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) platforms is a real plus
  • Desire to work in a startup environment that is constantly changing and frequently ambiguous
