Description

  • Monitor finished good inventory levels and escalate supply issue highlighting risk to the business
  • Generate reports showing supply projection health and future KPI's
  • Inventory management/balance inventory levels at all warehouses
  • Cross-functional teamwork with internal partners on timing of product availability and new product launches
  • Manage production scheduling with co-packer network to ensure execution of plans based on overall needs
  • Drive efficiencies within the supply chain to create an optimized and enhanced supply chain model
  • Lead production planning meetings and communicate priorities and future production forecasts
  • Strong understanding of material planning that goes into the finished good final product
  • Helps to manage and facilitate the SLOB inventory process

The Successful Applicant

  • Highly organized and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio). Access is a plus
  • Able to perform data extraction and analysis on Excel
  • Ability to prepare reports involve presenting data with charts, graphs, and other tools
  • Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn and become proficient on new programs, dashboards, databases and tools very quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically. Demonstrating objectivity, delivering results, and show initiative.
  • Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, economics, or any other business-related field)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
