Job Description

This role requires a person with a good mix of Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Budgeting. More specifically, this person's responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing Demand Planning & Forecasting across multiple channels (wholesale, e-comm)
  • Maintaining a deep command of inventory across multiple sites in the US & Canada - 3PL, DC management
  • Creating Supply Chain & Inventory dashboads & creating KPIs to measure performance
  • Monitoring inventory costs, identifying SLOB, and reducing costs by comparing vendors

The Successful Applicant

This person has a deep understanding of supply chain & values personal wellness. They need to function well in a fast paced, lean start-up with a long runway of already established international business.

  • 5-7+ years of experience within SCM, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or similar responsibilities
  • Expert Excel accumen - Pivot tables, etc.
  • MS Dynamics / ERP Experience
  • Manufacturing, wholesale, or retail inventory experience
