  • Sales and Operation process (S&OP),
  • Customer order management,
  • Production planning and scheduling,
  • Material supplies management: efficient inter-company and external processes
  • Procurement for indirect material and sourcing of specific direct material
  • Master data management supporting all supply chain processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply chain, Business or Engineering (with Supply Chain focus)
  • 5 to 10 year experience as plant Supply chain manager position including customer and supplier management.
  • Experience of supply chain best practices, procurement, and resource planning
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices: APICS knowledge or CPIM certification a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in usage and implementation of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with an attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a matrix or multi-site organization.
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Languages: Fluent in local language, English (a 3rd language is a plus).
