In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide comprehensive leadership to the transformation of Philips Supply Chain for the North America Market for a winning Supply Chain (SC) delivery strategy.  You will develop and implement initiatives that directly drive segments of the Supply Chain's annual plans and objectives.

Must be able to go to Cambridge, MA office as needed.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Acting as a North America Supply Chain Program Leader across all delivery models, you will design and lead action plans for various large-scale projects; build and coach required teams to meet program deadlines and expected results.
  • Building a strategic and continuous improvement agenda to drive operational excellence in the domain, enrolling business, market, and functional leaders along the way.
  • Ensuring competency building by implementing learning pathways to identify and implement improvements to upscale relevant competencies.
  • Apply a strategic and operational approach to improvements, encompassing aspects of skill development, work process improvements, and tool development in partnership with the Integrated Supply Chain organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s, required; MBA, preferred or Advanced degree ideally in Supply Chain/Operations
  • Minimum of 15+ years Supply Chain and Operations management, required
  • Must be familiar with business process management framework.
  • Building a strategic agenda; leading change projects, with a continuous improvement - transformative mindset
  • Influencing and networking with the proven skill to build strong relationships across boundaries
  • Effective communicator; results-oriented, and energetic- with a strong passion for employee development and driving for change

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will report into the Supply Chain North America Synchronization Leader
