And, most importantly, why does this information matter to you? Kogod's Made in America Auto Index seeks to answer these questions by evaluating the domestic content of vehicles sold in the US. The index takes into account other aspects of vehicle manufacturing that are not accounted for in other measures. Seven criteria are considered, including profit margin, labor, and research and development location, among others.

The quarterly Logistics Indicator is computed by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy on behalf of BVL International. It reflects the current business situation as well as the expectations over the next 12 months of Germany's logistics service providers and customers of logistical services in industry and trade. Each quarter, a panel of 200 decision makers is polled (100 managers of the most important logistics service providers and 100 top executives of industrial customers of logistical services). Polling takes place in the first half of the mid-quarter month. The design of the questionnaire targets the cyclical assessment of all logistics-related activities in the Federal Republic of Germany.

The Transport Market Monitor by TRANSPOREON and Capgemini Consulting is a quarterly publication that aims to track transport market dynamics. The purpose of the Transport Market Monitor is to provide insights into the development of transport prices, and other transport market dynamics to logistics executives and other interest groups. It is a joint initiative by TRANSPOREON and Capgemini Consulting.
